摘要
在阐述我国企业绩效评价现状及存在问题EVA指标的理论及其应用基础上 ,着重对中美企业绩效评价指标进行了比较分析。
On the basis of expatiating on the status quo of enterprise achievement-evaluation of China and existing problems, and on the theory of EVA indicator and application, this paper conducts comparison between the achievement-evaluating indicators of US and Chinese enterprises.
