摘要
伊拉地平是一种新型的钙通道阻滞剂，具有疗效显著，对心肌收缩力影响小，适应范围广，副作用小等优点，优于其他钙通道阻滞剂，可用于高血压，心肌缺血，心力衰竭，高脂血症等治疗。
Isradipine,a new calcium channel antagonist,has an excellent effica-cy,less negative inotropic effect,wide availability and less side effects and is betterthan other calcium channel antagonists.It is suitable for treatment of hypertension,ca-rdiac ischemia,heart failure and hyperiipemia.
