摘要
奥卡西平是卡马西亚的10－酮基衍生物，具有独特的药动学特征，临床已应用于局限性和强直－阵挛性癫痫，三叉神经痛及情感性精神障碍的治疗，奥卡西平比卡马西平具有更好的耐受性，故能有效地取代卡马西平用于那些不耐卡马西平的患者及同其它药物有配伍禁忌的患者的治疗。
Oxcarbazepine is a derivative of 10-keto of carbamazepine,charac-teristic of its distinct pharmacokinetics.Clinical data indicate that oxcarbazepine hastherapeutic potential in epilepsy,trigeminal neuralgia and emotional disorders.Oxcar-bazepine may be better tolerated than carbamazepine.Thus,oxcarbazepine appears tobe an effective substitute for carbamazepine in patients intolerant to this agent,or sen-sitive to drug interactions.
