天然雌激素爱斯妥和孕激素安其坦治疗更年期综合征

EFFICACY OF OESTROGEL WITH UTROGESTAN ON MENOPAUSAL SYMPTOMS

30名围绝经期妇女因更年期[综合征接受了天然雌激素爱斯妥凝胶和天然孕激素安其坦治疗，结果显示应用爱斯妥凝胶后FSH值由平均44．6IU／L降至32．5IU／L，E2水平由平均109pmol/L升至平均244pmol/L，阴道角化细胞平均增加39。Kupperman分值由平均29．4降至13．1（P＜0．05），以潮热出汗症状改善最明显，未观察到该药对血脂的影响，与天然孕激素联合应用可防止子宫内膜增生，本研究的结论是爱斯妥可有效地提高血中E2浓度，改善更年期症状，用药方便，安全无副作用，是患者乐于接受的一种激素替代治疗新药。

Thirty perimenopausal women suffering from menopausal symptomswere treated with oestrogel and utrogestan.The results revealed that after the treat-ment the mean level of FSH declined from 44.6 IU/L to 32.5 IU/L,the mean level ofE_2 increased from 109 pmol/L to 244 pmol/L,the mean value of Vaginal Maturation Index increased 39 and the mean Kupperman's score reduced from 29.4 to 13.1(P<0.05).Menopausal symptoms of flushing and sweating were improved significantly.Nochange was found in the levels of Cholesterol and Triglyceride.Ultrogestan were addedduring the using of oestrogel in order to control endometrial proliferation.In conclusion,oestrogel can reduce the concentration of FSH,increase the level of E_2 in menopau-sal women,and improve menopausal symptoms.Its percutaneous absorption form is mo-stly acceptable to most women.The natural oestradiol(Oestrogel)and progesterone(Utrogestan)provide the optimal efficacy/safety ratio in postmenopausal hormone re-placement therapy.
