大鼠实验性急性肝损伤抗凝血酶Ⅲ的测定及意义

摘要 通过用D-氨基半乳糖(D-GalN)造成大鼠不同程度的急性肝损伤,测定损伤后24h、48h血清AT-Ⅲ水平的变化,并与前白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶相比较。结果表明,大鼠实验性急性肝损伤24h 后AT-Ⅲ水平即开始下降,肝细胞损伤越严重,则AT-Ⅲ水平越低,下降幅度与肝细胞损伤的严重程度相关。在反映肝细胞损伤程度上优于转氨酶的测定,比前白蛋白敏感。 Serum antithrombin Ⅲ(ATⅢ)was assayed befoe and24~48 hours after the induction of acute hepatic damage in rats with D-GalN.Serum prealoumin,SGPT and SGOT were also determined simultaneously forcomparison.The results showed that concentration of rat serum AT Ⅲdropped remarkably 24 hou(?)s after experimental hepatic damage.This reductionin concentration ran in pa(?)allel with the severity of the hepatic damage.As anindicator of hepatic damage.AT Ⅲ was more sensitive than prealbumin.Itwas superior to serum transaminases in quantitation of the extent of liverdamage.
