皮瓣坏死是乳癌根治术后最常见的并发症。我科自１９８２年以来，在乳癌根治术作者设计用双排扣悬吊缝合法５２例，仅３例发生皮瓣坏死，占５．７％（３／５２），低于国内外统计资料。认为该法具有简便，实用的优点．

Skin neerosis after radical mastectomy is a common complication, The adopted a self devised teehniqe called 'suspending sewing on double─row knots' which has been used in 52 cases of radical mastectomg. Only3 cases (5. 7%) had the complication of skin neerosis, The peent is lower than the statistical datas at home and abroad. The teemqe is simple and pretieal. in the essay, the authors inquire into reson of skin neerosis and its precautions.
