摘要
野黄芩甙是清心益脑茶剂中的主要有效成分。由于水解酶的存在,在生产过程中处理不当,就会使野黄岑甙水解,含量下降。本文通过大量试验对此进行讨论,为生产工艺的合理化提供了可靠的依据。
Scutellarin is a chief
effective constituent of Qingxinyinao Cha.Whenthe method of processing stems and leaves of
ScutelIaria baicalensis was not suitablefor destroying hydrolase in the course of the
production,the hydrolase will catalysehydrolysis of scutellarin. This paper provids a scientific
basis for productiverationalization by a lot of experiments.
