硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液测定方法的改进

Improved Assay of Pilocarpine Nitrate Eye Drops

对酸性染料直接滴定法作了改进。依此改进的方法测定了硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液含量。模拟配方和标准加入平均回收率为100.4％;相对标准偏差分别为0.64％（n=6）和0.70％（n=7）.

This method was an improvement on acid dye direct titration. This improved method was used for assay of pilocarpine nitrate eye drops. Average recoveries for simulated solution and standard addition of eye drops were 100- 4%. Average standard deviation(RSD) were 0. 64%(n = 6) and 0. 70%(n=7) respectively.
