子宫内膜整合素β_3和细胞外基质的变化与不孕症的关系 被引量:2

The Changes of β 3 Integrin and Extracellular Matrix Proteins in the Endometrium and Relation to Infertility

摘要 检测整合素β3及细胞外基质纤维粘连蛋白(FN)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原纤维(CL)在生育组及原因不明不孕组妇女分泌期子宫内膜上的表达,探讨其变化规律及在调控妊娠中的作用。生育组31例,原因不明不孕组34例;采用免疫组化方法测定。结果显示整合素β3在生育组腺上皮细胞分泌中期出现,持续至分泌晚期,而不孕组分泌期无表达;细胞外基质在生育组分泌中期呈强表达,早期次之,晚期较弱,不孕组在分泌各期表达均高于生育组。说明整合素β3和FN、LN、Ⅳ型CL在月经周期分泌期子宫内膜上呈周期性变化,参与子宫内膜的功能变化及胚泡的着床环节,其异常表达可致着床失败而不孕。 To investigate the changes of β 3 integrin and extracellular matrix proteins including fibronectin(FN),laminin(LN) and collagen type Ⅳ (CL type Ⅳ) in the secretory phase endometria in 31 fertile women(fertility group) and 34 unexplained infertile women(infertility group).These biochemical markers were determined by immunohistochemical method.The results were as follows:In glandular epithelium,β 3 integrin was not expressed in the secretory phase in infertility group,but in middle secretory phase and continued to late secretory phase in fertility group,it was expressed.Extracellular matrix proteins from fertility group,the expression in middle secretory phase was stronger than in early secretory phase and they were the weakest in late secretory phase.As comparison with fertility group,the contents of the extracellular matrix proteins in all secretory phases of infertility group were higher.The study demonstrated that the β 3 integrin and the extracellular matrix proteins were cyclical expressed on endometrium.They involved the endometrial change in menstrual cycle and the implantation of blastocyst and their the abnormal expression resulting in failure of implanation.
