视网膜血管样条纹15例报告

15 (30 eyes) Cases of Angioid Streaks

对15例视网膜血管样条纹的临床所见及其条纹特征予以描述，就其形态划为矢状、环孤状和网状．并对血管样纹发生机理、组织病理学所见等进行了讨论。

Angioid streaks are found in several conditions,a'-mong them pseudokanthoma elasticum, osteitis defor-mans, sickl cell anemia, senile elastcun. ) of skin, hyper-tensive cardiovascular disorders. By far the commonestcause of angioid streaks is psuedoxanthoma elasticum.Angioid streaks may lead to a disciform type of maculardegeneration.The author report the clinical apperarances of 15(30 eyes ) angioid streaks,and discuss the mechanism ofthese cracks as well as the fetures of histology andpathogenesis.
