摘要
我们应用MTT法测试离体前列腺上皮细胞和成纤维细胞的细胞增殖率,结果表明:MTT法可准确反映细胞的增殖率.与细胞计数结果相同,检测前列腺细胞所需最佳MTT浓度为0.5 g/L,孵育时间以2h为宜.
A tetrazolium Dye (MTT) based assay was used to measured the cell proliferation of prostate-derived epithelial and fibroblast cells.The cell proliferation of MTT based assay showed no difference to the result with cell count.The optimum concentration of MTT used in this assay was 0.5 g/L.The test also revealed that the optimum incubation time was 2 hours.This result suggest that MTT based assay be simple,rapid,inexpensive and repeatable.
