周围神经损伤修复320例临床分析

The clinical analisis to repairing the injured circumference nerve of 320 cases.

#本文对320例415条周围神经损伤的修复情况进行了回顾性分析.结果显示:周围神经损伤修复后其疗效的好坏与神经损伤的部位、类型、年龄、修复的时机和方法有密切关系.因而,提出在行疗效评定时应注意上述因素.另外,作者强调.对周围神经损伤,应早期修复;神经缺损较多时主张行自体神经移植或非神经组织桥接来修复;在缝接神经时均要在显微镜下进行,最好使用无损伤针线缝接,以减少断端滚痕形成.

This artical has analyse the conditions of repairing 415 pieces of injured circumference nerve for 320 cases.The result has shown:whether the effect will be good or not after the injured nerve having been repaired depends on the injured position,ty-ple,age,opportunity,methods and so on.Therefore the article has painted out that we must pay attention to the reasons which have been said above.On the other hand,the anthor has emplasized that the injured circumference nerve should be repaired as early as possible.When there are much more deffect,they should be replantes,using the nerve of selfbody or non-nerve tissue out it deffect be harnuful to carry the operation.The operation of sewing the injured nerve under a microscope and it had better to use a special needle that would not injure the nerve end in order to reduce the formation of scars.
