报告尿道处女膜融合征34例.讨论了此病的解剖变异和发病机理.设计H形切口行尿道外口矫形手术,认为手术治疗的关键是将尿道远端及尿道口从处女膜组织中松解并予扩张,切除阻碍物.保持原道口平滑,尿道远端粘膜平坦光滑,使尿流通畅且增加尿道口和阴道口之间的距离.术后随诊率91.2％,治疗有效率96.8%.

Urethro-hymenal fusion has been regarded as one of the causes of female ure-thral syndrome and 34 cases have been treated by meatoplasty.The anatomical features,etiopathology and the.'H' section's operative procedures were presented in detail.The follow-up rate of the 34 patients has been 91.2%,the cure rate of which is 96.8%.The operation is claimed to be reason,simple,effective and worth recommending.
