摘要
介绍了工艺系统受力分析有限元方法.在分析了工艺系统的受力特点后,建立了有限元模型;并提出用等效刚度的虚拟结构作为机床结构模型,代替复杂的实际结构模型.给出实例证明了该方法能够满足要求.
Introduces the FEM for analyzing forced deformation in processing system. After analyzing the feature of force, the FEM model is built. A virtual structure, which has an equivalent stiffness, is brought forwards as a structure model of machine tool. It substitutes the complex model in practice. The given example proves this method is efficient.
