The Data Collecting and Dealing System for 12V180 Diesel Engine

开发了一种用于１２Ｖ１８０型机车柴油机台架性能试验的数据采集及处理系统．该 系统能实现试验流程的自动监控，试验数据的自动采集、分析、处理，试验结果的显示、 存储及打印输出．通过检测柴油机的转速、机油压力、排温等参数，提取反映柴油机状 态的特征向量，成功地诊断柴油机的技术状态及典型故障．

When conducting the experiment of detecting the 12V180 diesel engine in the locomotive, we used to use the unit meter to inspect and show the status parameters, then record and analyze them. This method is not only wasting the labor, but also wasting the time and there is error which makes the judging result become not objective and effective, the datum and the information presented to the people can not reflect the truth. So it is necessary to use the advanced microcomputer electronic and supervising technology to develop a kind of system to collect and analyze the experiment datum automatically.
