真空辐射反射绝热材料的制冷保温节能效果研究

摘要 通过理论分析和实验研究,论证了真空辐射反射绝热材料用于制冷保温可以获得其他绝热材料不可比拟的节能效果.和现用的制冷保温材料相比,真空辐射反射绝热材料是一种隔断导热通路又将辐射换热热量的一部分反射出来的一种绝热材料,在制冷使用的温度段内,它比目前最好的制冷保温材料聚胺脂泡沫节能90%,并且具有寿命长,强度高,和制冷保温不需要加隔气层等优点,因而它将成为未来制冷保温节能绝热材料中的首选材料. By academic analysis and test, the article demonstrated that using vacuum radiation reflex insulation material in Keeping warm of refrigeration can acquire better economizing energy effect than other materials. Comparing to present refrigeration keeping warm material, the vacuum radiation reflex insulation material is a material not only cut heat conduction way off but also reflex part of radiation heat out. Within the scope of refrigeration temperature, it can saw ninety percent of energy than the present best refrigeration keeping warm material──polyesteramide foam. it has more longer life and more higher strength and it need not add air separating layer during refrigeration keeping warm. So it will be the best insulation material for saving energy for refrigeration keeping warm in the future.
