本文在对我国旅游产业市场化进程中的问题进行概括的基础上 ,分析了政府主导型的旅游发展战略在实施中的积极作用和误区 ,提出了搞好旅游行业管理的对策建议。

Based on summarizing the market proceeding of China's tourism industry and problems arisen, the paper analyses the positive role and areas of misunderstanding in the execution of government-directed strategy of tourism development. Some useful suggestions are offered for the tourism guild management.
