摘要
车辆运行平稳性的好坏直接影响到旅客乘坐的舒适度和货物装运的完整。平稳性的评价指标和评价方法制定是否合理,不仅关系到车辆平稳性评价是否准确,而且直接影响到车辆的制造成本。本文对目前车辆运行平稳性所采用的主要评价方法-UIC sperling评价方法、ISO2631标准及GB5599-85标准的特点及存在的问题进行了详细的分析讨论。提出了根据车辆实际运行工况来制定车辆运行平稳性的评价指标。
Smooth performance of railway vehicles in motion affects riding comfort and completeness of goods. The evaluating norm and methods of smooth performance may have influnence on degree of accuracy for evaluation and cost of production. Detialed discussions are conducted to the most popular evaluating methods, i. e., UIC Sperling、 international standard ISO 2631 and GB 5599 - 85. In this paper, a new evaluating methods, accumulated norm values of smooth and accumulated exposure times within frequently used speeds and rail grades, is developed from the viewpoint of engineering application.
