摘要
采用理论分析、仿真计算和试验研究等手段 ,揭示了轮 (缘 )轨润滑对车辆脱轨安全性的影响 ,提出了针对强非线性系统的基于参数能量集中的安全判据。研究表明 ,轮 (缘 )轨润滑能有效提高三大件式转向架的临界速度 ,从而防止相应车辆在直线段的脱轨。验证性的车桥耦合振动试验也得到相当一致的结果。
In the paper, the effect of wheel(flange)/rail lubricating on the derailment safety was indicated by theory analysis, dynamic simulation and test research. Basing on energy centrality law of parameter, safety criteria for strong nonlinear system were presented. Investigation shows that the wheel(flange)/rail lubricating can effectively increase critical speed of three-piece bogie and prevent vehicle derailment on straight track. The result of vehicle-bridge vibration test also accorded with the conclusion.
