本文论述了高聚物SBS改性沥青防水涂料的研制、改性机理及施工应用。它是一种水性厚质防水涂料 ,具有防水性能优良、施工方便、无毒环保等优点 ,它的推广应用对于提高铁路桥梁、隧道的防水质量 ,改善施工操作环境具有美好的前景和积极意义。

On the basis of the investigation at home and abroad, the paper starts from the study on the modification of asphalt, and adopts the new technique. This paper studies the modified paint with the orthogonal test method, and acquires the waterproof paint with fine performances. This study takes SBS, a material with thermoplasticity and elasticity, as the modifying agent, with some accessory ingredient, develops the modified asphalt with good performance. It meets the need of the first grade standard of JC408-91 and TB1933.1-87, and is the high quality waterproof asphalt paint. The service life of waterproof paint depends on its efficient service life, but for this type of paint, there is no certain detecting method. After analysing, the method of the relative analogy is adopted to detect. The result indicates that the service life of this paint is more than 15 years. Advanced manufacturing technique for this paint, small investment, low cost and its perfect performance, made it finding extensive application. This paint has lower demand to formation level, no constructing seam, convenient to construct, and environment friendly. It can be applied to the waterproof construction of bridge, house surface, and underground structure.
