摘要
由中国石化集团北京设计院和西北工业大学联合开发的 BWJ- 型高效、节能喷嘴 ,在黑龙江石油化工厂渣油催化裂化装置上应用 ,使液体收率提高了 0 .56 1 % ,焦炭产率下降了 0 .0 8% ,干气产率下降了 0 .4 7%。获得了较好的经济效益。
The BWJ Ⅰtype high efficiency,energy saving nozzle,developed jointly by SINOPEC beijing design institute and north west university of industry,was applied on residue catalytic cracker of helongjiang petrochemical works.It made the yield of liquid increased by 0.561%.the yield of coke decreased by 0.08%,the yield of dry gas decreased by 0.47%,and achieved the relative good economic genifit.
