摘要
采用碱洗电精制方法降低直馏柴油酸度时 ,往往会产生严重的柴油乳化现象。乌鲁木齐石化公司炼油厂的技术人员 ,针对影响柴油乳化的种种因素采取了相应的措施 ,并研制了可调式混合器 ,改善了工艺流程 ,取得了较满意的效果。
By use of caustic washing electrofining method to decrease the acidity of straight run diesel oil,serious diesel oil emulsification problem can occure often.In accordance with various factors affected the diesel oil emusification,the technical professional of Wulumuqi company refinery adopte relevant measures,develop adjustable mixer and improve the process flowsheet,and obtaine relative good effect.
