摘要
在多孔钛管上 ,以Ce0 .5 Zr0 .5 O2 为载体 ,制备了杂多化合物薄膜化催化剂。在膜催化反应器上 ,考察了薄膜化催化剂对异丁烯选择氧化反应的催化性能。并与固定床反应器进行了对比。结果表明 ,薄膜化催化剂显著提高了催化活性和选择性 ,在最佳反应温度 (370℃ )、空速 2 880h- 1 下 ,液相产物 (甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯醛、乙酸和丙酮 )的总收率达到 6 3 4% ,其中甲基丙烯酸收率达 14 7% ;而固定床反应器的最佳反应温度为 36 0℃ ,在空速 72 0h- 1 时 ,液相产物的总收率仅为 47 7% ,其中甲基丙烯酸收率仅为 1 1%
WT5BZ]A heteropoly compound catalytic film supported on Ce 0.5 Zr 0.5 O 2 oxide was prepared on a porous titanium tube.The activity of this catalytic film for the selective oxidation of iso -butylene was tested with a membrane catalytic reactor and with a fixed bed reactor.The results show that the catalyst film greatly increases the catalytic activity and the selectivity.Under the optimum reaction conditions (370 ℃,and space velocity 2880 h -1 )the total yield of liquid products (methacrylic acid,methacrolein,acetic acid,acetone) reaches 63.4%, with the yield of methacrylic acid being 14.7%.In the fixed bed reactor,under the optimum reaction conditions(360 ℃,and space velocity 720 h -1 ) the total yield of liquid products reaches 47.7%,with the yield of methacrylic acid being only 1.1%.Moreover,the membrane reactor eliminates temperature fluctuation caused by reaction heat,and prevents the heteropoly compound from dissociation.
