摘要
1台体积为 50 m3低压搪瓷泄料槽筒体和封头连接部位 ,由于搪瓷化过程产生非自由热变形区 ,对其应力状况进行了分析测试。经实测和理论分析证明 ,其应力水平在设计压力下仍处于弹性范围。经反复高温搪瓷材质性能无明显变化 ,少量几何变形对应力水平影响不大 。
The stresses at the non free thermal deformation zone of a 50 m 3 enamel vessel were tested. The deformation occurs in the joints of the shell and the head. Based on the analysis and testing results, it can be proved that the stress in the vessel is still at elastic state. The material properties are not changed after enameling process time after time. The stress level is not affected by little geometric deformations.
