摘要
为了进一步完善直动推杆式直线减速器的设计计算理论 ,将在分析此减速器的受力及压力角的基础上 ,进行强度计算。以该直线减速器的关键构件——稀、密齿条为研究对象 ,应用二维有限元计算方法 ,求出了两齿条内部的应力分布状况 ,得到了具有实际意义的结论。
In order to furtherly improve the theory of the design calculation of the rack of straight push rod linear reducer,Here carries on the calculation of strength on the basis of analysis of force and pressure angle.It takes rear rack and dense rack which are two important parts of straight push rod linear reducer as research objects.At the same time,it gains the distribution of internal stress for two racks by using the computation method of two dimensional finite element analysis,and gives out the conclusion which is of practical significance.
