摘要
根据人力资源管理理论,结合江汉油田干部队伍现状及油田发展的需要,要建立和完善企业人才机制,必须加大人才培养力度,创新人才选拔机制,完善人才竞争机制,加快人才储备机制建设,健全人才激励机制和监督约束机制。
According to the theory of personnel resources administration, to the analysis of the present situation of the cadre ranks of JiangHan Oilfield and to that of the needs of the development of the oil- field, we can come to the conclusion:for establishing and perfecting the personnel system of enterprises, we need to pay more attention to the following factors: a) personnel training b) personnel se- lection c) personnel competition d) personnel reserve e) personnel encouragement f) the related supervision system.
