The concept of information warfare and the present state of information warfare techniques for US navy and Taiwan navy are briefly introduced firstly in this paper,then the composition of the detection network of navy fleets under the conditions of information warfare is put forward,the information source and the information flow about the detection network and the main equipment and the advantages of the network are described,the emphasis is put on the recount of the radar ECM and ECCM in the detection network system of navy fleets,and finally the key techniques are given.
