PHA对MDS患者中性粒细胞功能的影响

THE EFFECTS OF PHYTOHEMAGGLUTININ ON THE NEUTROPHILS FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH MYELODYSPLASTIC SYNDROMES

PHA在体外能显著提高MDS患者中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶活性及吞墨能力。两者阳性百分率和积分的增加均与PHA的用量呈正相关。表明PHA能促进MDS患者的中性粒细胞进一步分化成熟。

Following treatment in vitro with phytoheagglutinin(PHA) the peripheral blood neutrophils alkine phosphatase(NAP) activity and the neutrophils ink phagocytosis of patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) were examined with the nontreatment peripheral hlood of themselves as control. The results showed that the treatment with PHA increased significantly NAP activity and the neutrophils ink phagocytosis of the patients (P<0.01, respectively), and the increases correlated with the quantity of PHA. These suggests that PHA may enhanced the normal physiologic function of the neutrophils in patients with MDS.
