冠心病人胱氨酸含量测定及意义

A STUDY OF CYSTINE DETERMINATIONED AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN PATIENTS WITH CORONY HEART DISEASE

用示波极谱法测定22例冠心病人及24例健康者头发和血清胱氨酸,结果发现冠心病人头发及血清胱氨酸均明显高于对照组,有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。相关回归分析发现头发与血清胱氨酸之间存在显著正相关,而与血脂无明显相关关系。

This paper reported hair and serum cystines levels with Oscillo-Polarography methods in 22 corony artery disease patients (CHD) and 24 healthy subjects. The results showed that the hair and serum cystines in the CHD. were significantly higher that healthy subjects (p<0.01). There was remarkably positive correlation between hair and serum cystines, but not correlated with lipidemia.
