摘要
采用差热分析(DTA)与差动扫描分析(DSC)两种热分析方法研究了固体药物对乙酰氮基酚的分解动力学,测定了此药物的热分解反应级数与分解活化能及频率因子。两种方法测得热分解反应级数均为1/3级,DTA法测得热分解活化能E为117.4kj·mol^(-1),频率因子A为6.69×10~7s^(-1)。DSC法测得热分解活化能E为118.38kj·mol^(-1),频率因子A为1.45×10~8S^(-1)。两种方法所得结果基本一致,且动力学方程线性相关性好,相关系数均在0.998以上。
The kinetics of the decomposition of solid drug N-Acetyl amino Aminophenol
was studied by the method of DTA and DSC. Treaction order of thermal decomp-
osition, the frequency factor A and the activation energy E of thermal decoposition
were determined. The reaction orded of thrmal decomposition was 1/3. The activa-
tion energy E and frequency factor A were 117.41KJ.Mol^(-1) and 6.69×10~7
S^(-1), 118.38KJ.Mol^(-1) and 1.45×10~8.S^(-1) respectively. The corelation coefficients
of kinetic equation were above 0.998.
