摘要
本文对体外受精失败以及虽已受精,但无卵裂的人卵母细胞与卵裂不规则并有细胞质碎片的胚胎进行染色体研究。发现其中既有正常的二倍体胚胎,同时也发现了多种染色体异常,其中包括多核卵裂球、多倍体、单倍体、嵌合体、非整倍体等异常。
Among a total of 128 oocytes recovered in IVF-ET program from May 1987 to Feb. 1988, 47 failed in fertilization or abnormal cleavage were prepared for chromosomal numeration using Tarkowski's technique. Of 47 preparations, 19 revealed chromosomes in meiosis or mitosis, but only 8 chromosomal preparations could be analyzed, one case was normal diploid embryo, the others displayed chromosomal or nuclear abnormalities.It included triploid, aneuploid, mosaic, multinucleated blastomeres and haploid. These chromosomal abrrations may be responsible for the oocytes remaining unfertilized and anomalous embryos.
