丁酸钠对小鼠乳腺癌细胞的生物学效应

摘要 3mM丁酸钠可抑制MA782/5s—8101细胞生长,同时使其表面微绒毛减少,细胞形态发生改变;可促进GR细胞和MA782/5s-8101细胞内微管组装。2mM丁酸钠可明显降低MA782/5s-8101细胞生长时间—热功率曲线。以上结果表明了酸钠对MA782/5S-8101细胞具有一定的表型逆转作用。 Biological effects of sodium butyrate on MA782/5s-8101 cells and GR cells were studied. MA782/5s-8101 cells treated with sodium butyrate changed notably in their morphology, displaying long processes and few surface microvilli in scanning electron micrographs. The growth rate of MA782/5s-8101 cells was decreased with increasing concentratrations of sodium butyrate. Treatment of GR cells and MA782/5s-8101 cells with sodium butyrate stimulated the assembly of numerous cytoplasmic microtubules by indirect immunofluorescence. Sodium butyrate also declined makedly Power-time (P-t) curves of MA782/5s-8101 cells. These results suggest that sodium butyrate might induce reversion of mouse mammary adenocarcinoma cells in culture.
