肘管综合症50例术后随访分析

Follow-up evaluation of 50 postoperative cases of cubital tunnel syndrome

目的 :报告 1985年至 1993年随访到的手术治疗之肘管综合症 5 0例。方法 :均行尺神经松解前置术。结果 :总优良率 80 % ,可 12 % ,差 8%。结论 :对尺神经卡压的病因、治疗方法进行了讨论 ,认为尺神经松解前置术是治疗肘管综合症有效方法 ,提出神经松解后在神经外膜。

Objective:Between 1985～1993 fifty cases of cubital tunnel syndrome were treated.Methods:With ulnar neurolysis and the nerve anterior transposition.Results:Following up all patients,the effective rate of excellence and good was 80%,12% fair,and 8% poor.Conclusions:Theetiology,surgical techniques and therapeutic efficacy have been discussed.We believe that both neurolysis and anterior transposition are effective treatment for cubital tunnel syndrome.Injecting the ACEIONIDE ACETATIS after neurolysis under epineurium and interfascicuar is a measure to impoving the curative effect.
