摘要
目的 :探讨腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣的临床应用特点。方法 :用逆行腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣对 6例足踝及小腿软组织缺损病例进行修复 ,同时观察皮瓣血管蒂长度 ,腓肠神经及营养血管走行特点。结果 :6例中 5例完全成活 ,1例皮瓣远端坏死 1cm,营养血管发出位置在外踝上 5~ 7cm。血管蒂最长达 2 2 cm。腓肠神经 6例都以内侧支为主 ,皮瓣切取用逆行分离法。结论 :腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣切取简便 ,成功率高 ,最远可达足前中部。是足跟、踝、足背及小腿下
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of clinical application with the distally-based sural nerve nutritional artery island flap.Methods:clinical application in 6 cases were performed to repair the soft tissue defect in foot,heel,malleolus and anterior tibial,meanwhile the characteristics of these flaps were observed.Results:five cases of six survived safisfactory,One case were paritially necrosis,the penertrated branch vessels supplying the sural superficial nerve comes out the lateral malleolus above 5~7cm.The maximum of sural nerve nutrition vessels were 22cm.Both will be safer to dissect the flap along the sural nerve from distal to proximity or from proximity to distal process.Conclusions:The sural nerve nutritional blood vessls flap is easy to dissect and succeed,It is an ideal flap for repairing the soft tissue defect around the malleolus foot and the low 1/3 part of anterior tibial.
