摘要
讨论了城镇基准地价、宗地地价和出让地价的内涵、构成以及它们之间的关系 ,提出了基准地价的“1 + 1”模式 ,揭示了不同土地级别的政府土地收益的变化规律 ,建立了有关修正体系 ,给出了具体的估价方法 .
The connotation and constitution of datum land price, commerce land price and land selling price and the relationship between them were discussed. The“1+1”mode of datum land price was suggested. The regularity of government income for different grades' land was revealed. The relative corrective system was established, and the concrete valuation method was given.
