摘要
针对井下用制氮机装备和产气成本偏高 ,而惰气发生器造价和产气成本虽低 ,但生产的高温高湿惰气不适应远距离输送等问题 ,提出了远程惰气发生器的研制方案 ,用于生产廉价、洁净、可远距离输送的干惰气 ,进行井下封闭火区惰化处理和回采工作面采后区域煤炭自燃防治 .研究了高温高湿惰气的降温减湿方法和效果 ,模拟试验表明 :在一定的蒸汽流量下 ,采用表面冷却器 ,降温效率为 75 .0 % ,除湿效率为 91.3 % ,处理后的气体温度、湿度符合加压风机进气参数要求 ,为远程惰气发生器降温减湿段的成型设计提供了理论依据 .图 1,表 2 ,参 5 .
The machine-nitrogen is high cost of equipment and produced-nitrogen, while the cost of inert gas generator and produced -nitragen is low but the high temperature and humidity inert gas is unfit for the situation such as the long-distance transport, the paper puts forword a plan which the long-distance inert gas generator is developed. It is used to produce low-priced, clean gas and can be long distance transpored for to fight fire of the closed fiery district and to prevent coal heating of the waste working face. The one of major content of this project is look for the method that the gas of high temperature and humidity is cooled and dehumidified. Imitating test shows: under certain steam discharge of flow, adopting surface cooler, cooled efficiency is 75.0%, dehumidified efficiency is 91.3%, handled gas was in accord with the demands of fan. These theoretical foundations can be used in the design of the part that gas is cooled and dehumidified. 1fig., 2tabs., 5refs.
