摘要
通过对目前我国采用的标准插齿刀与被切齿轮在不同啮合状态的误差分析,重点讨论了被切齿轮的齿形误差分布情况,得出了标准插齿刀所采用的齿形角修正值并非最佳值的结论。
In this paper the author mainly discuss the distributing situation of tooth profile's error through analyzing the error of different meshing condition that the standard gear shaper cutter currently being used in our country meshes with the machined gear. And draw a conclusion that the correction of the profile angle used in standard gear shaper cutter is not the best one.
