摘要 充分利用造纸黑液中的木质素、有机酸和聚糖类化合物,在20L反应釜中,进行磺化、缩合、改性复配 制取水煤浆添加剂小试放大试验的研究。对义马煤可以制出浓度在63%-64%,流动性好,性能稳定的水煤 浆,性能达到或超过目前国内工业TEAXCO气化装置所用的添加剂。 By using the lignin, organic acid and polyose in pulping waste liquid( black liquor) , a new process for additive e preparation and the cheaper and good qualities additives for coal water slurry ,of which the properties are similar with the products prepared in 500m1 reactor, are developed in 20L reactor by a series of process sulphonated, condensed and modified and combined. The additives from pulping waste liquid and other two additives were investigated in the preparation of coal water slurry. The features of coal water slurry prepared by them are similar with or better than the additives which is used in industrial plant.
