摘要
为使福建省潘洛铁矿资源得到合理、更有效的利用 ,对现生产的铁精矿采用细磨、磁选、反浮选工艺深加工生产超级铁精矿粉的研究 ,结果获得超级铁精矿粉产率 5 1 86 % ,含铁 71 2 4%、二氧化硅 0 34 %。将该产品制成器件 ,经磁性能测试结果为 :Br =399.5mT、Hcb =2 35 .1kA/m、Hcj =2 48kA/m、 (BH) max =2 99.8kJ/m3 。结果表明 。
In order to rationally and more efficiently utilize the resource of Panluo Iron Mine,investigation on producing super iron concentrate powder with its iron concentrate by a deep processing technology of fine grinding,magnetic separation and reverse flotation was made.As a result,a super iron concentrate powder was obtained which had a weight percent of 51.86%,an iron content of 71.24% and a silica content of 0.34%.The magnetic performance test on this product made parts of appliance had results of Br=399.5 mT,H cb =235.1 kA/m ,H cj =248 kA/m and (BH) max =299.8 kJ/m 3 .The results have shown that using the resource of Panluo Iron Mine can produce the raw material for the magnetic material industry.
