摘要
北坑钨矿选钨硫化尾矿含有铋、钼、铜、银、硫等多种有价金属矿物 ,综合利用价值很高。通过对该矿石进行了钼、铋 -铜 -硫混合优先浮选 ,钼、铜 -铋 -硫混合优先浮选及等可浮 3种工艺方案的试验比较。试验结果证明 ,采用等可浮工艺可以充分利用矿物自身可浮性的差异 ,减少药剂用量 ,选出符合国家标准的钼精矿、铜精矿、铋精矿和硫精矿 4种产品 ,既综合回收了有价成份 ,又减少了环境污染 ,具有很好的技术经济效益和社会效益。
The sulfide tailings of tungsten separation in Beikeng Tungstun Mine contains several valuble metal minerals such as bismuth,molybdenum,copper,silver and sulphur and are therefore of high comprehensive utilization value.The comparable tests of three technologies namely,bismuth and molybdenum-copper-sulphur bulk preferentional flotation,molybdenum and copper-bismuth-sulphur bulk preferentional flotation and equal flotability technology were made.The results show that the application of equal flotability technology can bring into full play the difference in minerals' own flotability, reduce the reagent consumption and gain four products,namely molybdenum,copper,bismuth and sulphur concentrates,which all come up to the national standards.It can not only comprehensively recover the valuble components but also reduce the environmental pollution and therefore can creat both good technical and economical benefits.
