钛酸锶系电子陶瓷的性能与应用研究进展

钛酸锶系电子陶瓷介电损耗小 ,热稳定性好 ,是一种优良的电子陶瓷材料 ,广泛应用于高压电容器、晶界层电容器、压敏电阻、热敏电阻等领域。本文系统地概述了钛酸锶系电子陶瓷在不同领域中的性能。

SrTiO 3 based electroceramics is one of the most excellent electroceramic materials, with low tan δ and good thermal stability. It is widely used in high voltage capacitor, grain boundary layer capacitor, varistor and PTCR. In this paper, the properties, applications and recent progress of SrTiO 3 based electroceramic material in different fields were reviewed.
