摘要
与发达国家比 ,在国际贸易中 ,我国的电子商务应用仍有差距 ,尤其是在安全、税收、法律、物流、信息基础设施、企业信息化、人才及观念等方面还存在着很多问题 ,对这些问题的解决提出了一些具体的政策建议。
Compared with developed countries, the application of EC to international trade in China still has a gap, many problems still exist, especially in safety, taxation, law, logistics, information infrastructure, business eletronilization, human resources and concepts etc. At last, some concrete suggestions are put forward to solve these problems.
