摘要
本文在分析探讨我国环境立法的历史、现状和存在问题的基础上,结合西部开发的实际,提出完善我国环境立法的构想,为实现国民经济的可持续发展提供法律保障。
Through an analysis of the history,the present situation and the existing problems of China's legislation for environmental protection as well as the problems of developing west China,t he author brings up the idea of perfecting China's legislation for environmental protection so as to provide the legal protection for the sustainable economic development of China.
