我国自 1979年对外开放以来 ,利用外商直接投资 ,从无到有、从小到大 ,截止到 2 0 0 0年 7月 ,我国累计实际利用外资已达 32 77亿美元 ,极大地促进了我国经济的发展。我国加入WTO之后 ,对外开放将进入一个新阶段 。

After our country carried out the policy of opening to the outside world, foreign direct investment has become larger and larger.By the end of July, 2000, the grand total of foreign investment has reached to 327.7 billion, which has brought about a great advance in our country's economy. After joining WTO, our country will further carry out the policy of opening to the outside world and the utilization of foreign capital will come to a new level.
