The control and prevention for financial crisis is a common topic for integrated world cooperation. The article tries to analyze the financial crisis in our country and puts forward some related lawful countmeasures, which holds that financial system, enacting laws and enforcing laws may be some useful countmeasures for the financial safety of our country.
