试论高校档案工作发展的不利因素及对策

Measures against unfavourable factors in the management of college archives

传统、落后的高校档案管理手段、服务方式已不能适应新形势下高校档案工作的发展。提高高校档案管理水平的关键是狠抓档案室（馆）的基础建设，解放思想、转变观念、开放创新。

The traditional and backward management of college archives is not suited to the development under the new circumstances. The most important thing, therefore, is to strengthen the basic construction of the archives and to change ideas for originality.
