Law of Students' Ideological Education in 3-Year Colleges for Special Training

根据高专三年制学生思想教育工作的特点 ,分为适应、稳定、提高、就业准备四个阶段 ,总结了各阶段的特点 ,思想教育工作应采取的方式、方法和措施及所要达到的预期目的 。

In this paper, the writer divides the work of the student ideological education in 3-year higher colleges for professional training into four phases—adaption, stability, enhancement, and preparation for employment. The writer sums up the features of each phase, summarizes the ways, methods, and measures, which should be taken in the work ,and the writer also points out the expected purpose of the work. Consequentially, the general law of the work has been obtained.
