摘要 用基于工业计算机网络的电弧炉控制系统 ,采用三层网络结构 ,可以实现炼钢过程的优化控制及数据监控 ,完成作业优化 ,提高作业效率 ,通过基于预估补偿的专家控制系统 ,使 1台 4 0t电弧炉的电耗由 590kWh/t降至 4 75kWh/t。 With control system for neural network electric arcfurnace based on industrial computer network, using tri\| level network structure, the optimized control and data monitor of steelmaking process could be executed to finish operation optimization and improve operation efficiency. By the expert system based on adaptive control of predicting compensation, the electric energy consumption of a 40t electric arc furnace decreased from 590 Kwh/t to 475 kWh/t.
