摘要
研究了Ag+ 催化浸出中的细菌生理作用 ,结果表明 :Ag+ 对Fe2 + 氧化有很强的抑制作用 ,即随着Cu2 +在浸出液中的浓度增加而增强了其对Ag+ 毒性的拮抗作用 ;在较低的Fe2 + 与S0 的原子摩尔比下 ,S0 对Fe2 +的细菌氧化有强抑制作用 ;矿物中的Fe2 + 细菌氧化浸出抑制是Ag+ 催化浸出体系中高效浸出的最重要的细菌生理原因。因此 ,增强对Fe2 + 细菌氧化的抑制作用 ,可大幅度提高铜浸出率。
Bacterial physiological functions are investigated by catalysing bacterial leaching with Ag+. From the results obtained, it is found that Ag+ has a strong depressing effect on bacterial oxidation of Fe2+, that is to say, the resistance of Cu2+ to the toxicity of Ag+ increases with the concentration of Cu2+ in solution. At a low mol ratio of of Fe2+ to S0, S0 has a strong depressing effect on bacterial oxidation of Fe2+. The inhibition of bacterial oxidation leaching of Fe2+ in mineral important reason why high leaching rate can be achieved by catalysing bacterial leaching with Ag+. Therefore, enhancing the inhibition of bacterial oxidation of Fe2+ can lead to a great increase in leaching rate of copper.
