摘要
从精矿性质特点着手 ,分析了酒钢选厂焙烧磁选精矿铁品位不高的原因和主要影响因素。采用胺类阳离子捕收剂进行反浮选试验 ,有效地降低了焙烧磁选精矿的杂质含量 ,使浮选精矿产品中的w(SiO2 ) +w(Al2 O3)含量由 11 2 4%降到了 5 90 % ,精矿中w(TFe)由 5 5 2 4%提高到 5 9 85 % ,获得到了降杂作业回收率达93 5 3 %的良好指标。同时 ,还分析了影响浮选指标的各种工艺条件。
According to the characteristics of concentrate, the authors analyse the reasons why the iron grade of roasted magnetic separation concentrate is not high. Effective reduction of impurity content of the roasted concentrate can be achieved by deflotation using amine cation collectors, namely reducing the content of w(SiO2) + w(Al2O3) in in flotution concentrate product from 11.24% to 5.90% and increasing the content of w(TFe) in concentrate from 55.24% to 59.85%. Therefore, 93.53% impurityes can be removed by impurity-removal. Also the authors analyse process conditions affecting flotation results.
